KrissiCrochetdesigns is a crochet pattern brand operated under Shushon Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC: BG204732472), with its registered address in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

The brand krissicrochets and the pattern line KrissiCrochetdesigns are both trading names of Shushon Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through krissicrochets.store.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads — PDF files delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

After a successful payment, your PDF will be delivered in one or both of the following ways:

Automatically via the download link on the Thank You page immediately after purchase
By email to the address provided at checkout

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your download within 24 hours, contact us at hello@krissicrochets.store and we will resend it promptly.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. KrissiCrochetdesigns does not store your payment details.

Any applicable taxes or bank fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note on your bank statement: Payments processed via Stripe may appear on your bank or card statement as KC Socks and Crochets — this is the registered Stripe account name for Shushon Ltd and refers to your purchase from krissicrochets.store.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a PDF has been downloaded or delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods and is permitted under EU consumer law for digital content that has been provided with your explicit consent prior to the end of the right of withdrawal period.

Exception — technical issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchased file due to a technical error on our side, we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please contact us at hello@krissicrochets.store with your order details.

License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital pattern from KrissiCrochetdesigns, you receive a personal and small-business commercial license. This means:

You may use the pattern for personal use (make items for yourself, family, and friends)
You may make and sell finished handmade items created from the pattern (at craft fairs, on Etsy, locally, or online)
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or gift the PDF pattern itself to others
You may not reproduce, translate, or republish the pattern in any format
You may not use the pattern to teach paid classes without written permission

One purchase = one license for one person or business. If you wish to use patterns in a group or classroom setting, please contact us to discuss a suitable arrangement.

Intellectual Property

All images of finished products made using our patterns remain the property of KrissiCrochetdesigns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our patterns are provided in good faith and have been tested. However, results may vary depending on the crafter's skill level, yarn choice, hook size, and tension. KrissiCrochetdesigns is not responsible for individual outcomes.

We do not guarantee that finished items will be identical to the photographs shown, as natural variations in yarn and technique are expected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KrissiCrochetdesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection regulations.
