We want every customer to feel confident before purchasing. Please read this policy carefully — and if you have any questions about the product before you buy, email us first at hello@krissicrochets.store. We're always happy to help.

Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because our products are digital files (PDF downloads), they cannot be returned once delivered. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

This is standard practice for digital goods and is permitted under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) for digital content that has been provided with the customer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

What Is and Isn't Covered

"I changed my mind"

Change of mind after purchase is not grounds for a refund on digital products. Please review the product description carefully before buying.

"The pattern is too difficult for me"

Our patterns are designed for beginner to intermediate crocheters. If you're unsure whether a pattern suits your skill level, email us before purchasing — we'll give you an honest answer.

"I already bought this pattern on Etsy"

Please check your existing purchases before buying. Duplicate purchases are not refundable, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.

✓ Eligible for resolution

"I never received my download"

If your PDF was not delivered after a successful payment — check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@krissicrochets.store with your order details. We will resend your file immediately.

✓ Eligible for resolution or refund

"The file is corrupted or won't open"

If the PDF you received is genuinely damaged or unreadable, contact us and we will send a replacement file. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.

"I was charged but the payment failed"

If your payment was taken but the order did not go through, contact us with your payment confirmation and we will either deliver your product or process a full refund within 5 business days.

How to Contact Us About an Order Issue

If you have a problem with your order, please email us at hello@krissicrochets.store with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order number or payment confirmation
  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content (such as PDF downloads) where:

  • Delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
  • The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery

By completing your purchase on our checkout page, you provide this consent and acknowledgement. This is standard practice across all digital download platforms.

If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection at kzp.bg or your local consumer protection authority.
